Summer Time

I have been working out for quite some time. For those of you who do not know, I used to be a lot heavier than I am now. I weighed in at 320 lbs when I got my first gym membership. This picture was taken just a few months after I got a membership to Gold's Gym near my house.

As time has passed, now I am 21, going to college for a degree in Criminal Justice and I am still exercising. I will not pretend to be an expert in weight loss because it doesn't really happen as fast for everyone. Myself included. It is a process. a shaping of sorts that I beleive only a sculptor can understand. I am a work in progress.

This photo (right) is me in January 2009. I was weighing in at 290, a weight that I could not break through, it seemed. Sure I had gained muscle and strength, but not to the place I wanted to be. I fought to break it. I fought so hard, I had actually nearly given up on myself.

Below is a picture of me in April of that same year. I had, at that point, gotten a job at the very gym I signed up at.

I had seen my last of 290lbs and I was moving forward.

This picture was May 2009.

This picture was March 2011.

At the end of the summer, I will post a picture of myself after these next couple months of hard and dedicated exercise. Anyone can do it. I promise.

Let Your Life Shine,
